"My husband and I have been very fortunate to be able to work with Bridgette Keith and Bright Home Ventures when selling our land in North Carolina. We had received several letters from companies who wanted to purchase our property. We simply tossed the letters. When we received the letter from Bright Home Ventures, it stood out among the rest. This form determines if Bright Home Ventures would be interested in purchasing our land and if an offer letter would be provided. We heard back within 2 weeks with an offer. I had researched the company, read reviews and saw that Bridgette Keith was an entrepreneur. I decided to call Bridgette to determine if she was in fact really interested in our property. Bridgette responded immediately. I found her to be very pleasant to speak with. She seemed to be genuine. She indicated that she pays for all closing costs and would even pay the taxes that were due in August. My husband and I decided to move forward with selling the land to Bright Home Ventures. As the process unfolded, Bridgette reached out to us by email and telephone. Throughout the entire time, she proved to me that she was genuine and also caring. We had to close before October as we had our son's wedding to attend out of state. She asked repeatedly how the wedding plans were going and reassured us that the closing would take place prior to that time. Every time we spoke, I felt like I knew Bridgette as a friend. She never rushed me off the phone and she always responded to any emails I sent, immediately. The law firm she hired to do the closing was wonderful! We completed this process in such a facile manner! A check arrived by FedEx the day after the closing in the amount we discussed! My husband and I thank Bridgette so much for all the help she provided to us! She is genuine and caring. I wanted to write this review as I am skeptical about companies that send letters to purchase land. Bright Home Ventures is the real deal and my husband and I highly recommend Bridgette Keith if you need to sell a home or property."
